The Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC) is Russia’s satellite communications operator, whose spacecraft ensure global coverage. Established in 1967, the company owns Russia’s largest satellite constellation. The RSCC satellites are positioned along the geostationary orbital arc from 14 ° W up to 140 ° E, covering the entire territory of Russia, CIS, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asian-Pacific region, North and South America, and Australia.

As Russia’s operator of satellite communications services, RSCC is responsible for addressing important state tasks of providing mobile communications services for the Office of the President and the RF Government, and federal TV and radio channels broadcasting within the territory of Russia and of most countries of the world. The company includes five space communications centers (SCC): Dubna, Medvezhyi Ozera, Skolkovo, Zheleznogorsk, Khabarovsk, and Shabolovka Technical Centre in Moscow, as well as its own high-speed fiber-optic digital network.

Gazprom Space Systems JSC (GSS)

Gazprom Space Systems JSC (GSS) carries out space activities in the field of creation and operation of telecommunication and geo-information systems in the interests of Russian and foreign customers. GSS has created, and now operates and develops Yamal satellite communications and broadcasting system, as well as SMOTR aerospace monitoring system, and provides telecommunication and geo-information services. 
GSS mainly provides Yamal satellite fleet capacity. The advanced ground infrastructure enables provision of satellite telecommunication services, including data transmission, trunking, backhaul, satellite broadband, TV broadcasting. In addition, with the use of it’s own Aerospace Monitoring Center, GSS provides a whole range of geo-information services on the basis of UAV and space imagery.

The AIT Facility will produce communication and EO satellites of large and medium dimensions, as well as small serial spacecraft for multi-satellite systems. In addition, AIT Facility will provide services for the assembly, integration and testing of space equipment and its components. 
The AIT Facility will be put into operation in 2022.
