The autonomous non-commercial organization “Data Economy”

The autonomous non-commercial organization “Data Economy” was created on August 28, 2017 as a platform for the dialogue between the state and business aiming to develop action plans for the areas of the “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” program and their further implementation. The founders of “Data Economy” were the leaders of the Russian digital economy: Rostelecom, Megafon, Rosatom, Sberbank, ASI, Rostekh, Yandex, Open Mobile Platform, 1C, Mail.ru, MTS, Skolkovo Foundation, VEB Innovations, Rambler, Russian Post and VimpelCom. On March 14, 2018, the Russian Federation joined the founders of the organization.

During the activity of the autonomous non-commercial organization “Data Economy”, 18 bills and dozens of backbone documents were prepared with the participation of business, aimed at removing barriers and accelerating the development of the data economy in Russia. The bills approved on the working groups include the legalization of the “cloud” electronic signature, the removal of obstacles for development of financial technologies

 

Eurasian economic commission (EEC/Commission)

Eurasian economic commission (EEC/Commission) is a permanent regulatory body of the Eurasian Economic Union​, that was established on the 2d of February 2012. EEC includes representatives from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia. Decisions issued by the Commission are binding in the countries of the Union.

“Digital Age Transportation” Association - Association for the Development of Digital Transport Technologies.

The goals of the Association are to bring together suppliers of solutions in the sphere of ICTs, intellectual transport systems and local solutions aimed at better safety of transport infrastructure, management of transport services, and provision of services in the sphere of transport infrastructure; to cooperate with the bodies of government in constituent regions of the Russian Federation with the goal of assisting in introducing intellectual transport systems in Russian constituent regions; to consolidate efforts of the business community and the state to develop digital technologies on transport.

Work principles of the Association:

  • promotion of ITS on the basis of the unified package of standards;
  • promotion of ITS across Russian regions;
  • applied character of problems and issues essential to the Association’s development strategy;
  • project method of Association’s operations;
  • educational component.

Lines of the Association’s activities:

  • working with constituent regions of Russia;
  • normative and regulatory activities;
  • universities and HR;
  • creation of a systematic database of knowledge and solutions in the ITS sector;
  • implementation of the concept “Mobility as a service” (MaaS);
  • testing of various solutions;
  • international activities.

The Union of transport workers of Russia

The Union of transport workers of Russia consolidates the activities of unions, associations, enterprises and organizations of the transport industry; provides partnerships in the market of transport services; coordinates the activities and represents the common interests of transport workers of all regions of Russia in the state bodies, international and national organizations, in order to formulate proposals and recommendations aimed at the development and improvement of the different transports efficiency; prepares and conducts industry congresses and forums, seminars and round tables.

Representatives and experts of the Union are actively involved in the work of the Coordination councils under the Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation as well as in the expert sections of the State Duma Committee on transport and construction.

The authority of the Union of transport workers allowed organizing five meetings with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. Over the past five years, the President held 19 working meetings and 6 meetings of the Presidium of the State Council. As a result of the above-mentioned meetings, about 250 instructions were given, and the Union of transport workers initiated many of them and participated actively in the decision-making process.
