"OS Group" company was founded in 2004 in Saint-Petersburg by the team of telecom and IT professionals. Leveraging many years of communication networks building and operating experience, our experts began development of local OSS/BSS software in 2005. Its first version was ready by the beginning of 2006 and was named Equipment Manager. Public presentation of the system took place at "SvyazExpocomm 2006" exhibition in Moscow. The first installation was solving network monitoring tasks of International press-center of G-8 Summit in the summer of 2006. Same year we signed a contract for Equipment Manager implementation in Corbina Telecom.

Today Equipment Manager system manages and monitors about 25 % of broadband Internet access users in Russia.

The system actively evolves as we constantly work on new functional modules and improve performance of existing modules. 

Equipment Manager is not the only product of our company. At the moment, our product line includes five more items: Billing, Umbrella Monitoring, Mobile app, FlyGIS, From the Cloud. 

Besides software development, the company has system integration department that designs and implements communication systems and networks. Our completed projects include: communication network design and implementation for integrated telecommunications banking system of Bank of Russia Head Office in Saint-Petersburg; communication network engineering, implementation, operation and maintenance for International press-center of G-8 Summit in Saint-Petersburg;technological high-speed Gigabit data exchange network design, implementation and commissioning for studio-production complex of "Petersburg - Channel 5" television and radio broadcasting company; and many others. Company owns all required licenses to perform construction and engineering activities. 

The company is included in the register of Russian software companies, as well as a member of the TM Forum since 2012.
