The Committee on IT and Communications of St. Petersburg has been conducting the state policy of St. Petersburg since 2010 in the field of IT, IS, communications, and it coordinates the activities of the executive bodies of state power in St. Petersburg in the field of ICT.

Main results of the Committee’s activities appear to be the portal “Public and Municipal Services in St. Petersburg”, the portal “Our St. Petersburg”, hardware and software complex “Safe City”, the state information system of St. Petersburg “Integrated system of the construction complex in St. Petersburg.

The Committee arranges specialized events, such as St. Petersburg Digital Forum and "IT Dialogue" All-Russian Forum in the field of information and communication technologies to exchange the experience of representatives of government bodies, business , scientific community of Russia and abroad and to develop effective solutions on challenges in industry, etc.

Administration of the Governor of St. Petersburg

Administration of the Governor of St. Petersburg: the Administration provides organizational, legal, information and logistical support for the activities of the Governor of St. Petersburg and the Government of St. Petersburg, as well as coordinates the work of other Executive bodies of state power of St. Petersburg in order to ensure the activities of the Governor of St. Petersburg and the Government of St. Petersburg

the Ministry of Digital technologies and Communications of Kaliningrad region

The authorities of the Ministry of Digital technologies and Communications of Kaliningrad region are aimed to the development of the information society, the formation of the digital economy, the implementation of the strategic priorities of the Kaliningrad region, the creation of conditions for the development of modern information and telecommunications infrastructure in the Kaliningrad region, ensuring a high level of its availability and the provision of quality services on its basis, ensuring the competitiveness and technological development of information technologies in the Kaliningrad region, what will ultimately lead to an increase in the efficiency of public administration and local self-government, as well as the interaction of civil society and commercial organizations with public authorities, improving the welfare and quality of life of citizens living in the Kaliningrad region by increasing the availability and quality of goods and services produced in the digital economy using modern digital technologies.

Internet of things association

Internet of things association (IOTAS) is Russian non commercial, non governmental organization created in December 2016.

Our mission is to increase the life quality of citizens by introduction of IoT technology in private, business, governmental, educational and municipal levels.

Association carries the membership for all interested parties, who share our values.

IOTAS has a horizontal structure built on the basement of multiple connections between interested parties. We are not focused on any particular vertical technology, but rather trying to connect members, startups, state institutions, regulators, educational entities,  industrial standards via our open expert platform.

Currently we carry more as 60 members with plan to reach 100 members by the end of 2017.  Our members are IoT platform developers, tech and IT companies, telcos, educational organizations, cloud providers.

The work of the Association is done by its members in various working groups. Among listed in the right column, we have idle groups waiting to pick up: smart cities, IoT an biometry, IoT in agriculture.

Non-profit organization "The National Association of house communications and information networks " (NADIKS)

Non-profit organization "The National Association of house communications and information networks " (NADIKS) was established on 14 April 2003. The main objective of the Association is to develop and implement a consistent set of activities related to the creation, improvement and long-term development of information and communication brownies multi-service networks and computer clubs in the city of Moscow. http://nadiks.ru/about/

RUSSOFT is the most influential association of software development companies in Russia. For 2023, the Association unites 350 IT companies with more than 80,000 highly qualified employees. RUSSOFT represents the entire industry of software development in Russia.

Non-Profit Partnership “Leaders Club for Promotion of Business Initiatives”

Leaders Club is an association of successful entrepreneurs. Members are representing the whole spectrum of the Russian economy. The main activities of the Leaders Club in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region are monitoring of business procedures, promoting and supporting entrepreneurship initiatives, improving the business climate. Since 2017 Leaders Club has been organizing Foresight Fleet (Camp) in St. Petersburg. It is an event for business and social projects which will help the city become a pilot area for testing new ideas in the digital economy.

International Telecommunications Academy (MAC)

International Telecommunications  Academy (MAC) is an international organization. It is a voluntary public association of academics, outstanding managers and highly skilled professionals. Co-operation is based on common professional interests, theoretical and practical issues in infocommunication development (Infocommunication = information + telecommunications (communication).

Union of Alternative Telecom Operators is a public association of CEOs

Union of Alternative Telecom Operators is a public association of CEOs of Telecom operators (mainly from St. Petersburg), est. 2014, actively participates in legislative work (repeatedly was a member of expert groups on development of bills at the Ministry of Telecom and mass communications, the Government of the Russian Federation), regularly provides support to operators within judicial and anti-monopoly disputes with local and federal monopolists, the initiator and the author of several open letters from Telecom operators to the Administration of St. Petersburg and the President of the Russian Federation.
